Thank you for joining in on the Three Day Make Room Workshop. This workshop asks the question how do we create space for others? Day One begins with a look at Zacchaeus and is one of my favorite lessons. Begin the workshop with the teaching video-its only about 15 min and will give you the context you need to dive into the scripture and reflection questions below.

Make Room: The Crowd Scripture & Study Questions
Use these questions to study the scripture and contemplate your answers. Grab a journal, spend time with God as you reflect on the scripture and study questions below.
There was a man named Zacchaeus who was a chief tax collector, and he was rich. He was trying to see who Jesus was, but he was not able because of the crowd, since he was a short man. Luke 19:2-3
What role does the crowd play here?
How attached are you to the crowd in your life?
To what end are you attached to the crowd?
Within the Church how do you see "the crowd" behaving?
What specific things can you do to make room apart from the crowd?
For Discussion (please use comments to answer )
How does our crowd behavior block others' view of Jesus?
Does our desire to be part of the crowd come before our desire to make room for others' clear path to Jesus?
How can we be an open space in this way?
Be sure to comment below so you can join in the conversation.
